• All prices on our website are listed in Taka.
• Once an order is placed and payment is confirmed, the order cannot be canceled. For major changes or order modifications, kindly text the Teezamn page within 24 hours after placing your order.
• We accept cash on delivery inside Bangladesh and payment from bKash (send money).

3. Shipping and Delivery

• Inside Dhaka, the delivery timeline is 3-5 working days, and outside Dhaka, it is 4-6 working days.
• Delivery times may vary based on location and shipping method chosen.
• Customers are encouraged to check the product in front of the delivery agent before making payment.

4. Returns and Exchanges

• We strive to provide high-quality products and services. However, if you receive a defective or incorrect product, you must contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product.

• We will not accept any requests for returns or exchanges after 48 hours of receiving the product.
